We will not retain your email address for any longer than necessary. If you make a phone enquiry, we do not hold any phone numbers without asking for your permission first. If we do retain a phone number your personal details will be stored securely and destroyed after the enquiry is complete.

Booking Gift Vouchers online

If you book a Gift Voucher online we will retain the following information for up to 36 months, after which the information is destroyed:

Whilst being retained, the above information is securely stored on a pin protected document on a pin protected computer.

Email subscriptions may be manually added to a secure account and The Bird of Prey Project is not responsible for the privacy policy of this company.
